The apartments are expected to increase property values in the immediate area. The average home value is expected to increase from $116,002 to $124,617—a 7 percent increase.
Not only will this undertaking bump up nearby home value, it will provide vital housing for our moderate income citizens. This valley is unique, in that residents who make a good income and likely wouldn’t need assistance elsewhere, cannot afford to live here. This puts huge pressure on business owners as well. It has become increasingly difficult to attract and retain quality employees.
