A fourteen-year Bellevue resident, business owner and City Council veteran, Shaun Mahoney. Mahoney is celebrating his tenth anniversary of the proud owner of Mahoney’s Bar and Grill, having taking over the establishment in 2005. He grew up in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and followed his cousin Pat to Sun Valley in 1980. Like many here, he came for the winters and stayed for the summers. Mahoney is a successful restaurateur and has a long history in the restaurant business, we couldn’t be happier to have him here in the Wood River Valley.
