Second Walk-Through
ARCH will be hosting a second walk-through Monday, May 13th at 9am. This will be a first walk-through for a party that was unable to attend this week’s initial walk-through, but we want to make the time slot available for all interested parties and welcome everyone. Please join if you’d like.
One-on-One Conversations
In addition, ARCH is making time for one-on-one conversations with each potential respondent if they are interested. Generally, we have time available Tuesday the 14th, Wednesday the 15th, or Friday the 17th. The one-on-one meetings can take place at the ARCH office in Ketchum or at the Ellsworth in Hailey.

RFP General Contractor Services
ARCH Community Housing Trust, a non-profit developer of affordable housing in Blaine County, is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors interested in building a single-family home to be used by Blaine County School District employees.
Minority and women-owned businesses and Section 3-owned businesses will be given priority to perform this work provided estimates, qualifications and references are competitive.
