After three years of teaching at San Francisco State and other bay area colleges and universities, she moved to Los Angeles and worked for Prentice Hall and Harper and Row publishers in sales, marketing and editorial. Following a brief moe to Chicago with her husband and two daughters, Lisa returned to Los Angeles and began a career in interior design which has now spanned twenty years. she has worked extensively on new construction as well as remodeling projects throughout Southern California where she participated in Pasadena Showcase House of Design for two consecutive years, and New York City as well. For the past twenty five years, Lisa and her family have spent yearly memorable summer and winter vacations in the Wood River Valley which led, finally and happily, to buying a house here in 2003 and then to constructing a new home in Warm Springs, completed in 2011. Although she still splits her time between Los Angeles and Ketchum, it is Ketchum that is now called home.
