The Blaine County School District (BCSD) is partnering with ARCH to develop, construct, manage, and maintain 6-8 housing units to be rented to BCSD staff at affordable price points. The properties will be located at Bullion Street, Croy Street, and McKercher Street.
Construction has begun on the Bullion Street parcel adjacent to the school district offices and will consist of five of the eight homes dedicated to district staff.
