This important source of funding also financed the River Street Senior Community which currently has a waiting list in excess of the number of units. Sadly, the most recent allocation of tax credits for development in Blaine County had to be returned to the state because an individual fought the proposed development through the court system and we were unable to meet the time line associated with tax credit funding.
