The Sabala home was the first acquisition renovation project completed by ARCH. In partnership with The City of Ketchum, we purchased the home out of foreclosure and completely renovated the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. In addition to adding to the inventory of affordable housing, this upgrade made neighbors fans of ARCH and the immediate neighbors, Bruce and Kelly Martin, hosted a fundraiser for ARCH in their back yard.
