Using private philanthropy and partnerships, ARCH is delivering workforce housing! Help close out the match for the Blaine County School District employee housing. Thanks to YOU, $2,950,000 has been raised with $50,000 to go!

ARCH just broke ground on 5 of the 8 units for Blaine County School District employees
The two-story apartment building with four three-bedroom units and a one-story detached studio unit located at 128 West Bullion St. should be ready for school district employees to move in at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.
Saint Luke’s Wood River Partnership
4-Plex in Bellevue
Things are moving quickly on these 4 units that are nearly complete!
This innovative partnership is a first and will likely become a scalable model for the entire hospital system as well as hospitals nationwide.
4-Plex in Hailey
This 4-plex is underway and located in Shenandoah. They will be available for St. Luke’s employees.
