Ketchum Planning and Zoning commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday to review and provide feedback on early designs for an 11-unit affordable housing project spanning two adjoining Leadville Avenue parcels.
The nonprofit ARCH Community Housing Trust owns the properties, at 140 and 180 N. Leadville Ave. The nonprofit envisions developing on the properties three three-story apartment buildings and two carports, with an apartment above one of the carports.
There is an existing, historic house at 180 N. Leadville Ave. that would remain in place and be renovated. A detached garage and shed behind the house would be demolished to make room for one of the carports.
