Thanks to the financial support of a long time ARCH benefactor, we were able to leverage the private donation with funds HUD funds allocated Idaho Housing Finance Association (IHFA) to make these two condominiums in Old Hailey affordable for locals. Each condo has two bedrooms, one bath and private outdoor space.
