Our Promise

Our Commitment to Accessibility

ARCH Community Housing Trust is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

We believe that access to housing resources and information should be barrier-free for every member of our community, regardless of ability.

Current Status

Conformance Status

We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

In Progress

Partial conformance — some content does not yet fully conform to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. We are actively remediating identified issues according to the schedule below.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are committed to transparency about these limitations.

  • 01
Some older PDF documents and images may not be fully tagged for screen readers and are being updated on a rolling basis.
  • 02
Certain third-party embedded content may not meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria — this is outside our direct control but we are actively monitoring.
  • 03
Some legacy images are being updated with descriptive alt text as part of our ongoing remediation schedule.
📅We expect to resolve all known limitations by January 2027.
