Deb Ferguson

Born and raised in Utah, Deb has been an accounting and PR/HR professional for over 35 years. Moving to Idaho in the 70’s, she eventually became the office manager for Tom Scott Motors. A move to California for Deb’s husbands’ construction career gave her the opportunity to work as business manager for Gosch Ford in Hemet. Eventually ending up back in Utah, Deb went to work for Philips Electronics Worldwide as Payroll Manager and HR Specialist. She developed a cutting edge employee recognition program, which was used as a model for several other large companies in the region.

Deb became aware of ARCH when they partnered with Autumn Gold to build the River Street Apartments in Hailey. She became the live-in property manager when the building opened in 2012. River Street was built as a senior property for 55+ and contains 24 units. The residents at River Street feel very blessed to be able to live at such a wonderful place in their golden years and are very thankful to ARCH and it’s partner for their homes.
