The 4 townhomes that we broke ground on last summer in Bellevue are nearing completion. ARCH Community Housing Trust received a federal grant to construct these four (4) brand new townhomes. These 3 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath townhomes are located in old Bellevue just a few blocks from main street shopping, schools, parks and the bike path. Leasing of these units will beginning April 1st. All interested tenants should contact BCHA for more information on the units, availability and income requirements.
